Pricing

The service fee is 1%–3% of your merchandise subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping). The exact rate is automatically calculated by the insurance provider at checkout.

Note: As a store, we do not charge or profit from this service — all fees go directly to the insurance provider. However, we strongly recommend enabling it, as it offers valuable protection for your purchase.

How to Add Protection

  1. Add your items to the cart.
  2. On the cart page, toggle the Worry-Free Purchase switch to enable the service.
  3. Proceed to checkout. The protection plan and fee will appear as a line item in your order summary.

How to File a Claim

  1. If your item arrives damaged, missing, or not as described, keep all related evidence (photos of the package, contents, and shipping label).
  2. Submit a claim through the insurance provider’s claim portal (see official link below).
  3. The provider will review your case and contact you directly for resolution.
