Seel determines claim eligibility and any reimbursement under the terms presented when the protection is purchased. Buying or declining Worry-Free Purchase does not reduce your rights under the Masters Dice Returns & Exchanges Policy or any applicable consumer law.

Making a claim

Use the claim link in your Seel coverage confirmation or order-protection details and follow the instructions provided there. Keep your order information and any relevant tracking records, photos, video, or other evidence requested for the claim. Seel will review the submission under the coverage terms presented at purchase; the available outcome depends on those terms and the claim details.
