Return eligibility

Under our 30-day return policy, you may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.

Ordinary discounted products remain eligible under this policy. Only products clearly marked Final Sale before purchase are excluded from change-of-mind returns. A Final Sale designation never limits remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items or any mandatory consumer rights.

Ordinary return requests

The following authorization process and 10-day shipping deadline apply to returns requested under this store policy. They do not replace the statutory EU and EEA withdrawal procedure described below.

  1. Contact us at info@mastersdice.com or +1 310-237-8547 with your order number and the reason for the request.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  3. After approval, ship the return within 10 days using the provided instructions.

Authorized return address: 1298 County Road 715, Cullman, AL 35055, United States. This return facility is separate from our registered business address. Prior authorization is required before sending a return to this address.

Change-of-mind and order-error returns

For an eligible return caused by a change of mind or customer ordering error, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and suitable photos or video showing the issue. Once the claim is verified, Masters Dice will choose either to send a replacement at no charge without requiring a return, or to provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund after the return. You will not pay return shipping for a verified damaged, defective, transit-damaged, or incorrect-item claim.

Exchanges

For a non-defective item, please complete an eligible return and place a new order for the preferred item. A verified defective or incorrect item may be replaced directly as described above.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

EU and EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may exercise your right to withdraw from an eligible purchase by sending us an unequivocal notice within 14 days after delivery. Prior store approval is not required to exercise this right. You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. We ask that you contact us to coordinate correct return routing.

We will reimburse the item price and the cost of the least-expensive standard outbound shipping option within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, but we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they were returned. You are responsible for ordinary return shipping when you were informed of that responsibility before purchase. Mandatory exceptions and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Optional shipment protection

Any Seel shipment protection offered at checkout is optional and does not reduce or replace remedies available under this policy or applicable law.
