Our resin dice are crafted from high-quality resin and often feature striking inclusions such as lightweight foils, glitter, or even real flowers. Each set has a unique finish — subtle variations in color and design are natural and may differ slightly from the product images. Many customers find the dice even more stunning in person!

 

Q: Are your dice balanced?
Yes! For casual tabletop gaming, our dice are well-balanced. We carefully select inclusions that closely match the weight of the surrounding resin, minimizing any impact on roll fairness.

 

Q: What are your shipping and delivery times?
We typically ship orders within 2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 7–17 days, depending on your location and the shipping method. In our experience, most packages arrive within 10–11 days — some as fast as 7 days, and a few may take up to 17 days.

Please note: occasional delays may occur due to logistics issues, incorrect or inaccessible addresses, or if the courier is unable to reach you. If your package is delayed or you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

Q: What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Don’t worry — we stand behind our products. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, simply send us photos or a short video of the issue via email at info@mastersdice.com.

Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll send you a free replacement — no need to return the defective item.
