Shipping Fees

We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

For orders under $50:

Standard Shipping: $6.99

Express Shipping: $9.99 (free shipping threshold does not apply)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.

Shipping Times

United States:

Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Standard Shipping: 7–11 business days

International: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Please refer to checkout for available options.

Order Cut Off

Orders placed before 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST, Los Angeles) will be processed on the same business day.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of submission. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. You can also log in to your account to view your order status and tracking information.

Delivery Issues

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. Claims for lost or damaged orders must be submitted within 7 days. Please retain all relevant shipping documentation and photos.
