Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Overview and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mastersdice.com and related storefront services (collectively, the "Services") and purchases from Zeivo Mind Inc, doing business as Masters Dice ("Masters Dice," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or place an order.

Our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Worry-Free Purchase Policy are incorporated into these Terms where relevant. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use the Services or make a purchase, or use them with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information and update it when necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Products and availability

We try to display and describe products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, materials, and normal handmade or manufacturing variation may cause reasonable differences in color, finish, dimensions, or appearance. Product descriptions, specifications, and availability may change, but changes will not reduce rights relating to an order we have already accepted unless you agree or applicable law permits. Nothing in this section excludes a statutory warranty or remedy.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order-receipt message confirms only that we received the order; it does not itself constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailability, a material pricing or description error, failed payment authorization, suspected fraud, purchase-limit abuse, or a legal restriction.

Payment may be authorized or collected when the order is placed and is processed by Shopify or another payment provider. If we decline or cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and return the amount collected to the original payment method, subject to ordinary processing time. After acceptance, we may cancel only as these Terms or applicable law allow.

Prices, billing, taxes, and import charges

The product price, discounts, shipping charges, and order total displayed at checkout are authoritative for the order, subject to correction of an obvious error as permitted by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges disclosed at checkout or imposed by the destination jurisdiction. You must provide accurate billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Promotions may have separate terms, eligibility rules, and expiration dates.

Cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us promptly. We will try to accommodate the request, but an order that has entered fulfillment or has shipped may no longer be cancellable. Shipping, dispatch, and delay details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. This section does not limit any cancellation or withdrawal right required by law.

Shipping, delivery, and risk

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier disruption, destination, and other circumstances outside reasonable control. Orders may arrive in split shipments. Relic #001 ships separately and follows the timing stated in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Masters Dice remains responsible for working with you to resolve loss or transit damage that occurs before delivery, subject to applicable law and the remedies stated in our policies. Title and risk of loss do not automatically pass merely because we hand a shipment to a carrier. To the extent we are permitted to specify the point of transfer, title and risk pass when the order is delivered to you or a recipient you designate. Mandatory rules that provide greater protection continue to apply.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Eligibility, procedures, refund timing, discounted-item treatment, and any product marked Final Sale are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. That policy does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect products or any mandatory consumer rights.

Optional Worry-Free Purchase

Worry-Free Purchase is an optional third-party order-protection service administered by Seel under the terms shown when you purchase it. Details are in our Worry-Free Purchase Policy. Buying or declining the service does not replace Masters Dice's obligations for your order and does not reduce statutory warranties, store-policy remedies, or consumer rights.

Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The Services and their text, graphics, logos, product photographs, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Masters Dice and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. Except as allowed by law or with our written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit our content or remove ownership notices.

Feedback and reviews

You retain ownership of feedback, reviews, photographs, and other content you submit. You grant Masters Dice a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content for the period reasonably necessary to operate, improve, support, and market the Services and products, and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. This license is limited to those purposes and does not authorize us to misrepresent your views.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that reviews reflect your honest experience. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or confidential third-party content. If a review was incentivized, you must disclose the incentive clearly as required by law. Nothing in this section restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights relating to truthful consumer reviews.

Third-party services, links, and Shopify

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including payment, shipping, social, and order-protection services. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible or the third party acts on our behalf.

Shopify hosts and powers portions of the Services but is not the seller of Masters Dice products. Your purchase contract is directly with Zeivo Mind Inc, doing business as Masters Dice.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to violate law; infringe another person's rights; submit malicious code; interfere with security, availability, or other users; gain unauthorized access; impersonate another person; conduct fraudulent transactions; scrape or use automated means in a way that materially burdens the Services or violates applicable law; or help another person do any of these things. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to prevent or address prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.

Errors and service availability

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information. If a material error affects an order we accepted, we will notify you and, as applicable, seek your agreement to the correction or cancel and refund the affected order as permitted by law. The Services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, technical failure, or events outside reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted site access.

Warranties and disclaimers

Products and the Services carry any express warranties stated at purchase and every statutory warranty, guarantee, and remedy that cannot be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and only beyond those protections, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury where that liability cannot be excluded, breach of a nonwaivable statutory warranty, or any other liability or mandatory consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Masters Dice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed. This limitation does not apply to amounts or remedies owed for an accepted order, loss caused by our breach where the law provides a remedy, or any matter listed above that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your jurisdiction may provide additional rights, and those rights remain unaffected.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Masters Dice against a third-party claim arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of that third party's rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our negligence, breach, or misconduct. We will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and will not agree to a settlement imposing a nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent.

Severability, waiver, entire agreement, and assignment

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated here form the entire agreement concerning the Services and purchases, except for any additional terms expressly agreed for an order.

We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, provided the assignment does not reduce your rights or remedies. You may not assign your obligations without our consent, except where applicable law permits. No assignment limits mandatory customer or consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer rights or protections available under the laws of your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms requires a dispute to be brought in a forum that applicable law does not permit.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. Changes apply prospectively as applicable and do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless you agree or the law permits.
